Cancellation from 20 days before: 5% of room charge (Golden week, Bon Festival, Year-end · New Year's etc.)
7 days before ~ Cancellation: 20% of the room charge
3 days before ~ Cancellation: 50% of the room charge
Cancellation on the day: 100% of the room charge
No show: 100% of the room charge
Regardless of the above, if another cancellation policy is prescribed in the confirmation email etc., that will be applied. キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴致します。
20日前～のキャンセル：ご宿泊料金の5％（ゴールデンウィーク、お盆、年末・年始等）
7日前～のキャンセル：ご宿泊料金の20％
